1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KeyBot24 ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

KeyBot24 provides an AI-powered phone answering service designed specifically for locksmith businesses. Our Service includes:

• 24/7 automated phone answering
• Call screening and routing
• Emergency detection
• Appointment scheduling
• Customer information collection
• SMS notifications

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Current pricing is $397/month for founding members. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereafter
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend service for emergency maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by KeyBot24 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process call data, customer information, and usage analytics to provide and improve our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• KeyBot24 is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for missed calls, lost revenue, or business interruptions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KeyBot24 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Use the Service in a way that causes harm to others

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
