30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied with KeyBot24 within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date
- This is your first subscription to KeyBot24
- You have not previously received a refund from us
How to Request
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:
- Email support@keybot24.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email and reason for cancellation (optional)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
2. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account dashboard and clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Emailing support@keybot24.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
- Calling our support line during business hours
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are provided for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
3. Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages caused by KeyBot24
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Extenuating circumstances at our discretion
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Custom development or integration work
- Third-party service fees (e.g., phone number costs, SMS charges)
- Subscriptions canceled after the 30-day guarantee period
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at support@keybot24.com. We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 5-7 business days.
6. Pausing Your Account
We currently do not offer account pausing. If you need to temporarily stop service, you must cancel your subscription and resubscribe when ready. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
7. Downgrading
If we offer multiple plan tiers in the future, downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the difference in plan costs.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to your credit card company
- You may be liable for chargeback fees
- Future service may be denied
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
9. Refund Processing
Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
10. Service Termination by KeyBot24
If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided. This includes but is not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the service
- Violation of acceptable use policies
- Non-payment
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
